Notice to all respondents:

The following requests for information have been submitted to McAllen Housing Authority in response to RFP 2021-01 I.T. SERVICES. The original RFP documents and any previously issued addenda remain in full force and effect, except as modified by this Addendum, which is hereby made part of the above referenced RFP. Respondent shall take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting its Proposal.

1. What is the amount of data being backed up?
a. Approximately 100 GB - 1 Terabyte

2. How much data is being backed up in the cloud or off-site?
a. Approximately 100 GB - 1 Terabyte

3. Are all workstations and servers being backed up or just physical and virtual servers? a. Redirected documents/folders are backed up by default and any user specific changes.

4. What program is being used to perform and manage data backups?
a. Acronis, Carbonite and Buffalo
